Return, replacement, refund and cancellation rules for Organic Supplies orders.

Customer Satisfaction

The Organic Supplies works to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Because personal care products cannot be safely repackaged or resold once opened, returns are handled carefully and only under eligible conditions.

Opened or Used Products

Opened, used, sale, or tampered products are not eligible for refund or exchange. The Organic Supplies does not accept returns on open merchandise.

Damaged Products

If a product is damaged during delivery, the issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Claims for damage or missing items reported after 12 hours may not be processed.

Replacement and Store Credit

In eligible unusual circumstances, customers may be asked to self-ship the product back for inspection. After quality checks, The Organic Supplies may issue a replacement, store credit, wallet credit of Rs.150, or a one-time discount coupon for a future purchase, based on the case.

Return Window and Condition

Where a return is approved, the product must be sent back within 7-10 days from the delivery date. It should be in original condition with all tags, packing material, invoice, courier receipt and related papers.

Processing Time

Return or replacement requests may take one to three weeks from the day the returned package is received. Customers will be contacted once the request has been reviewed and completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds can be processed within 48 hours or 2 working days and are credited back to the same bank account or original payment route wherever applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through www.theorganicsupplies.co.in can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be made for cancellation requests.

Return Exclusions

Damage caused by negligence or incorrect application is not covered. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed for allergies, skin reactions, disliked fragrance, or color variation. Customers are advised to check ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, customers may wishlist the product and place an order when it becomes available again.
